Western North American Destroying Angel

The Western North American Destroying Angel (Amanita ocreata) is a mushroom from the Amanita genus. This mushroom has a strong resemblance to many edible kinds of mushrooms, and often cause severe poisoning if consumed by mistake.

It is known by several other common names including Angel of Death, Death Angel or simply as Destroying Angel.
